Description

This is the administrator course built the way the job is actually done: you inherit an org, and everything afterwards is a change to something that already exists and already has users. Configuration and setup, the Object Manager, data and analytics, automation, the Sales and Service applications, productivity, and the Agentforce material the exam was re-cut in 2026 to include.

It covers the Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator blueprint end to end, but it is not a question bank. Each domain is taught against a running org with real consequences, so the decisions you make in the exam are decisions you have already made once.

Who this course is for

  • New and self-taught administrators, and anyone about to take on their first org.
