Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 September 2026
This policy explains how crmcloudmastery.com ("CRM Cloud Mastery", "we", "us") collects and uses your personal data. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
1. What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and password. The password is stored only as a secure hash.
- Learning records: the courses you enrol in, lesson progress, quiz answers and scores, and certificates issued.
- Purchase records: the plan you bought, amounts, dates, and the payment and subscription references Razorpay gives us. We do not receive or store your full card number, UPI PIN or bank login.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and log data, collected automatically when you use the website.
- Messages: anything you send us through our contact or feedback forms.
2. How we use it
- To create and run your account and give you access to the courses you paid for.
- To process payments and renewals, issue invoices, and meet tax and accounting obligations.
- To track your progress, issue certificates and let employers verify a certificate you share.
- To send service emails, such as receipts, renewal reminders and password resets. We send marketing emails only if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time.
- To keep the website secure, prevent fraud and fix problems.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website, and only as much as they need:
- Razorpay, to process payments and subscriptions.
- Amazon Web Services, which hosts the website and its database (Mumbai region).
- Email delivery providers, to send service emails.
We may also disclose data when the law requires it, for example to a court or government authority.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your settings. We may use analytics tools to understand, in aggregate, how the website is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but you may then be unable to sign in.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account and learning records while your account is open. Purchase and tax records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires, usually 8 years. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent you have given, or nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. Signed-in learners can manage consents and export their data from the Privacy page in their account. For anything else, write to us through our contact form. We reply within 30 days.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, and access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
8. Children
The courses are intended for adults. If you are under 18, you may use the website only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
9. Grievance Officer
To raise a concern about your personal data, write to us through our contact form.
