These terms govern your use of crmcloudmastery.com ("CRM Cloud Mastery", "we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a subscription you agree to these terms.

1. The service

CRM Cloud Mastery provides online Salesforce training: narrated video lessons, written lessons, hands-on exercises, quizzes and certificates of completion, delivered through our website. Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is shipped.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate details when you register and keep your password confidential.
• An account is for one person. Sharing a login or reselling access is not allowed, and we may suspend accounts that are shared.
• If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must accept these terms for you.

3. Subscriptions, prices and billing

• We offer a monthly and an annual subscription. Each gives access to the course library for as long as the subscription is active. Current prices are shown on the pricing page.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period and are charged to the payment method you authorised, until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
• Applicable taxes, including GST for customers in India, are charged as required by law and shown at checkout.
• If we change the price of a plan, we will tell you by email before the change applies to your next renewal.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Payments are non-refundable. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Licence to use the content

While your subscription is active, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the course content for your own learning. You may not copy, download (except where a download is offered), record, redistribute, publish or sell any course material. All course content, text, graphics, videos and code samples remain the property of the operator or its licensors.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website: no attempts to break its security, scrape content, overload it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we do so for a breach, no refund is due.

7. Certificates and exam outcomes

Certificates we issue confirm that you completed our course. They are not Salesforce certifications. We prepare you for Salesforce credentials but cannot guarantee that you will pass any exam or get any job.

8. Trademarks

Salesforce, Agentforce, Data 360 and related marks are trademarks of Salesforce, Inc. CRM Cloud Mastery is an independent training provider and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Salesforce, Inc.

9. Availability and changes to the courses

We aim to keep the website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We update, reorganise and occasionally retire lessons as the Salesforce platform changes.

10. Limitation of liability

The courses are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If a change is significant we will tell you by email, and continued use after that means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
