Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only

Everything sold on crmcloudmastery.com is an online service: access to video and written courses, exercises, quizzes and certificates. No physical goods are shipped, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.

2. When you get access

Access starts as soon as your payment succeeds, usually within a few minutes. Sign in at crmcloudmastery.com with the email and password you used at checkout, and your courses are listed there. We also email a confirmation to that address.

3. If access does not appear

If you paid but cannot see your courses within 24 hours, write to us through our contact form. Include the email on your account and your Razorpay payment ID, and we will fix it within 2 business days.

4. Certificates

Certificates of completion are digital. They are issued automatically when you finish a course and come with a verification link. Printed certificates are not posted.
