About CRM Cloud Mastery

CRM Cloud Mastery is a written Salesforce course library. Thirty-two courses and 1,191 lessons cover six career tracks — Administrator, Developer, Agentforce, Data 360, Architect and the consulting craft that sits between them — and every one of them is built to be read, not watched.

Why the lessons are written, not filmed

A video teaches at the speed the narrator chose. A written lesson teaches at yours: you can skim the part you already know, sit on the paragraph you do not, and come back six months later and find the one sentence you needed in a few seconds rather than scrubbing a timeline looking for it. Diagrams, tables and worked examples survive that treatment; a screen recording of somebody clicking does not, and it goes stale the first time Salesforce moves a button.

The trade is real and worth naming: a written lesson cannot show you a mouse landing on a menu. What it can do — and what every lesson here does — is tell you precisely which object, field, flow element or Apex construct you are creating and why, so that when the interface moves you still know what you were trying to build.

The method: read it, build it, prove it

Every lesson follows the same three beats.

Read it. The concept, in prose, with the diagrams and worked examples that make it stick — and searchable, so it stays useful as a reference long after you first read it.

Build it. Then build the same thing for real in your own free Salesforce Developer Edition org: objects, flows, Apex classes, Lightning web components, agents. There is no licence to buy and no shared sandbox to queue for — the org is yours, and you finish each lesson with working configuration and code rather than notes about someone else's.

Prove it. A short quiz closes every lesson, and finishing a course issues a certificate carrying a verification link an employer can check.

Certification, honestly

These courses are built around the published Salesforce exam blueprints, and the exam-run courses walk the blueprint section by section. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or issued by Salesforce, and the certificate a course issues here is ours, not a Salesforce credential — it records that you finished this course. Sitting the official exam is a separate step you take with Salesforce.

Start without paying

Two complete courses are free and stay free — no trial clock, and no card. They are whole courses rather than samplers, which is the only fair way to let you judge whether the method suits you before any money changes hands. Browse the full library or see the plans.
