Description

Most people meet Salesforce as a screen somebody told them to fill in. This course is the tour that should have come first — what the platform is for, what an object and a record actually are, how work gets done in a day, and how the thing gets changed without writing code.

It is deliberately short and deliberately whole. By the end you have the map: you know which parts of Salesforce exist, what each is for, and which of the longer courses on this shelf is the one you should take next. It is the front door of the library, and it feeds the Platform Foundations credential.

Who this course is for
