Description

The specialist course, built on the verified Agentforce Specialist blueprint. It goes past what an agent is and into what happens when one is not enough: subagents that survive contact with real traffic, actions at depth, prompt engineering as both template design and writing for a model, and two full modules on Data 360 as the grounding layer.

It ends with multi-agent orchestration and an exam run. This is the course for people who will be held responsible for an agent in production.

Who this course is for

  • Consultants and developers who will own an Agentforce implementation.
